[News] 091028 TVXQ Will Resume Activities in Japan

After the last October 27th Court decision of terminating some effects of exlusive contract, the five members of TVXQ will be back to Japan and resume their activities there.

On the 29th (today) Daily Sports Japan met TVXQ’s official from their signed Japanese label AVEX, and as quoted from the official, TVXQ members should be back to Japan to continue their full activities this fall.

The official did not mention a spesific schedule, however he said that the year-end events such as “The 51st TBS Japan Record Award” (organized by Japan Composers Association) and especially “The 60th NHK Uta Gassen” are included in the current schedule.

According to Sankei Sports on the 29th, the popular group Tohoshinki will also participate in theme song for NHK new drama “とめはねっ!铃里高校书道部” that is starting on January 7th next year, the song is entitled “BREAK OUT!”

NHK side commented, “Tohoshinki is one of the most popular group in Japan right now.” . While TVXQ leader U-Know Yunho said about their new song, “We hope through this song, we can give even just a little cheering hope for the youngsters.”

[News] 091028 "TVXQ will strive to be five again"

With the lawsuit still in-progress, TVXQ's three members Xiah Junsu, Youngwoong Jaejoong and Micky Yoochun stated through their aide in the firm, "This lawsuit left out the two members, so as much as possible, we'll try to make it with all five." [omitted]

The three members' spokesperson conducted a telephone interview with the news (yonhap) and said, "Some clauses in the contract are unconventional, and so the lawsuit will start this week," also, "We have started talking to the two members who aren't involved."

Also, he said that "The three members are now able to act on their own, but it's absolutely crucial for the five to be together. That's why all members should be unified in this lawsuit." He added, "The lawsuit not only has its effects on the three members, that's why we're doing what we can for the other two to be involved." [omitted]

* ok so this was up at baidu...it's clear that is yoochun there...the second one could be JJ or maybe not...some think it is some not...I don't know what to say...it doesn't look 100% JJ to me XD...maybe a fancam will come out soon...visiting eachother wouldn't be weird XD..the title on baidu was 你们俩是一家人吧=-= ...maybe any of you knows a bit of chinese...but you know what I was thinking about these days after I saw that fancam from YC's goong where a song featuring our beloved soulmate(not sure about this maybe all 5 were in) was played inside...what if JJ actually moved to YC's house?...I presume the apartament is SM's...so it wouldn't have been that pleasant to live there...donno ...maybe XD....I'm sure YC has a spare room(not that it would be needed ^^)

P.S. I finally have a Colors album, Bigeast version ^^ and some Pinky Candies...my birthday came sooner this year XD ...a happy fangirl here
