'SungKyunKwan Scandal', starring Micky Yoochun and Song Joong Gi, is expected to become another Hallyu drama.

A representative of 'SungKyunKwan Scandal' stated, "We haven't even started filming yet but we are getting requests for pre-sales overseas." Many see this as the 'Micky Yoochun effect' as TVXQ is a solid star not only in Japan, but all across Asia.

This representative also stated, "The flood of interest makes us happy but also puts a lot of pressure on us," and "We will work hard to make this a great production."

'SungKyunKwan Scandal' is a youthful traditional drama that is loosely based off the bestseller 'The Lives of SungKyunKwan Confucian Scholars". Micky Yoochun and Song Joong Gi have currently been cast as members of the Joseon Dynasty Quartet, and casting is currently being wrapped up for the other roles.

On the other hand, 'SungKyunKwan Scandal' will begin airing on KBS during the second half of the year and will begin filming in late May.
