Diagnosis: A little S
The way he tried to make the eyes look unreasonably bigger by drawing in the eyelashes shows symbols of an agressive nature. Like a sweet dog who wants to charm someone, his way of showing affection is a little agressive. (not sure about dog part...) He's a selfish type that's a little sadistic. "That's true!! I sometimes make unreasonable requests!!"
